Roscoe Property Services ("Roscoe," "we," "us," or "our") is a veteran-owned junk hauling, trailer rental, and light demolition company serving Merced and Stanislaus Counties, California. We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you a safe online and customer experience. C. Response Times

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days when possible. If we need more time, we will let you know.

13. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain Personal Information under Nevada SB 220. We do not sell Personal Information as defined by Nevada law. If our practices change, Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request using the contact information below.

14. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Valley Transportation and Logistic Inc. d.b.a. Roscoe Property Services — including through a web form, by texting a keyword to 209.633.6999, by giving verbal or written consent on a call or in a rental/service agreement, or through any other opt-in method we offer — you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from us at that number. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, quote follow-ups, seasonal offers, billing reminders, and other service-related updates.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
